By requesting a commission from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed below.•
You must be at least 18 years old to commission me. I reserve the right to request legal proof of age if necessary.

I reserve the right to refuse any request that I am uncomfortable working on, even if it is not explicitly mentioned in these terms.
•
If your idea exceeds my artistic abilities or is something I am unable to draw, I may decline the commission.
•
Before I begin any work, you must provide clear descriptions and visual references of what you want. Image references are required—please do not send only text. You should have a clear idea of what you want before contacting me, unless you are granting full artistic freedom.
•
Payments are accepted only via PayPal. Payment is required 100% upfront once your slot in the queue is reached and your commission has been accepted. All payments must be made in Euros (€).
•
Payment is made individually when it is your turn according to my Trello queue. Contacting me during open slots does not mean immediate payment—you will be asked to pay when your turn arrives. Please only request a slot if you are certain you will be able to pay when that time comes.

You may ask for an estimated completion time. Turnaround depends on complexity and queue size, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. I reserve the right to extend deadlines if needed and appreciate your patience.
•
Each commission includes two small revisions at no extra cost. One major revision will count as both free revisions. I do not make changes after the piece is fully finished. Errors made by me will be corrected for free and do not count as revisions. Additional revisions cost €10 each. For commissions over €100, extra revisions will cost 10% of the original price.
•
Refund policy: I may cancel a commission if I am unable to start or continue it, in which case a full refund will be issued. A full refund is also available if the client cancels before any work has begun. Once work has started, no refunds will be provided. Please only commission me if you are confident you can afford the expense.

All refunds are processed through PayPal. Do not file a chargeback. I will refund you directly if applicable. Any intentional chargeback will result in permanent blacklisting, loss of all rights to the artwork, and I will retain full rights to use and profit from it. I will also provide PayPal with evidence of completed work to dispute the chargeback.

I retain full copyright over the artwork unless commercial rights are specifically purchased and agreed upon. This allows me to use the artwork for my portfolio, promotions, social media, art books, and paid platforms such as Patreon or Ko-fi.
•
Any rejected sketches created during your commission may be reused in future YCHs or other commissions (poses or concepts).
•
You retain full intellectual property rights to your original characters featured in the commission. You may share the artwork online with proper credit, print it, or create personal-use items (such as stickers or shirts).
•
You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to NFTs, resale, redistribution, or selling prints. The artwork may not be used to train or feed any AI models.
•
If you wish to edit or modify the artwork, please ask for my permission beforehand.
•
I reserve the right to reject commissions involving: NSFW content (unless explicitly agreed upon), hateful, harmful, or gory material, or content that violates the rights of others (such as copying copyrighted or trademarked material without permission).
•
Clear and timely communication is required throughout the process. Please respond within a reasonable timeframe.
•
Sharing your preferences and references is strongly encouraged, as it helps achieve the best final result. Any personal information shared during the process will remain private unless otherwise agreed.
•
I will provide progress updates throughout the commission, and you are welcome to request additional WIPs if needed. Feedback during the process is appreciated to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Once the commission is completed, you will receive a digital copy. If you need a specific file format, feel free to ask.
